Founded in 2004, BraveSoldier Venture Capital is a Hong Kong based seed-stage and early-stage venture capital fund. We invest in extraordinary entrepreneurs who have the ability to build great teams and great companies. We are committed to instinctively roll up our sleeves and work alongside with the entrepreneurs we back.

We are a closed fund with capital commitments raised from prominent Asian families that have a significant influence on patterns of consumerism and key areas of the Asian economy, including finance, trade and, manufacturing sectors. Our investors are successful entrepreneurs who believe in investing in other entrepreneurs.

Our team has breadth of experience from both professional services backgrounds (finance and management consulting) and operational backgrounds (wireless and handset manufacturing). We have a proven track record in both successful entrepreneurship and venture capital investment. In our past and present transactions, our experience is to work with entrepreneurs from zero to IPO.
